Registration Process:

Individual enrollee: Please secure a temporary slot before paying your registration fees by accomplishing the TR form below. TR (Temporary Reservation) is good for 48 hours only and does not guarantee you secured slot. Once schedule is still open for enrollment, you will receive the next steps to complete your registration via email.

In-house training: Please accomplish the Part of In-house Training form.

For american heart association (AHA) Courses

Full payment should be made before the course. Payment details will be received once you have a temporary slot. Deposit slip should be emailed to us immediately after paying with the ff details:(Full name, personal email address of the attendee, mobile number and course to take).

E-books will be emailed to you 24-48 hours after successful registration.

If you are part of in-house training, payment should have been accomplished by your coordinator.

Registration should be done ahead of time. No registration is accepted on-site or a day before the training so please plan your enrollment as early as you can.

Payment Procedure

Via BDO, BPI bank deposit (Company bank account); Details will be emailed to you once your temporary reservation is approved.

We prefer bank deposit slip than online bank transfer. Bank deposit slips will be exchanged with official receipt so you should bring them upon arrival at the venue of your training. Online bank transfer is also accepted but please communicate with us regarding this.

Fees

Reservation fees are non-refundable once e-books have been placed to the student. Absence or tardiness on the day of the course will incur a rescheduling fee of P1500 pesos. We do not accept late comers. Please be on time.

Note

The course is somewhat strenuous so please contact us before enrolling if you have limitations to do the simulations. These include pregnancy, heart problems, recent surgeries or any uncontrolled medical condition.

For ACLS only students, a valid BLS certificate is necessary for you to be eligible to the course.

Agreement

1. Please do not come to class with symptoms such as cough, fever, sore throat etc. 2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept students with uncontrolled medical condition, have undergone recent surgery or pregnant in any trimester for safety reasons. 3. For ACLS only students, a valid BLS certificate is necessary for you to be eligible to the course. 4. Please bring any valid ID and present it upon arrival at the venue. 5. Late comers will NOT be accepted but will be rebooked with corresponding rescheduling fee. 6. Please take heavy breakfast before going to our courses and bring your own water enough for the whole day. 7. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable once e-books have been placed to you. 8. AHA certificates and IDs will be redeemed online. Activation process will be emailed to you within 3 working days from the completion of the course.
